RSI
Just to say that I won't be up-dating my blog during July as i've got RSI in both hands and I need to save them for using at work and on my coursework....boo!
Dam - RSI is rubbish, makes my hands really hurt.
Hopefully the rest will make them happy again.

Crisps
"Nothing wrong in that" you say. "Oh but........." I say. ".........I love them too much" I say!
....seriously - so far this week (mon-wed) i've managed to eat at least 12 bags so far - what's that all about! Ok I know - comfort eating, no self discipline and totally unhealthy - but hell's bell's they taste soooo good!
Any suggestions on how I can wean myself off them?
Do you have any foodies that you can't resist?
....right i'm off...... to dive off the bath taps, otherwise i'l go and have another bag! tee-hee!

Goodbye 34!
So, what does 35 mean to me? I guess in my mind it represents me giving a respectful nod towards 40. 40, me, little ole Michelle! Very strange. But then isn't that what everyone says "Even though I'm older I don't feel any different". Too true I say. So, on that note - I say "35, bring it on!!!!!". Today is the start of another fantastic year! Whoop, whoop!!! xxxxx

Relaxation tip
Hello everyone!
Do you feel tired or stressed today? I hope not, but if you do I might be able to help......... maybe! Below is a quick relaxation exercise I learned at a relaxation class i've attended recently.
Ask someone to read this out slowly to you & close your eyes: "Make sure you sit comfortably. Imagine your body becoming heavier and more relaxed. Breathe through your nose and become more aware of your breathing. As you breathe out, imagine a scene which you find calming, such as a quiet country scene or a deserted beach. Think about this image whilst breathing easily and naturally. If distracting thoughts come to mind, don't worry about them, simply bring your thoughts back gently, to your calming image and your breathing pattern. Keep this going for another minute or so until you are ready to finish."
....it worked for me!
Please share any relaxation tips you have - i'd love to hear them.

Have you tried Reiki?
We sniffed yummy homemade candles and Neal's Yard products, salivated over beautiful beads and jewellery and booked our name down for a 15 minute taster session of Reiki.
We learned that Reiki is a form of hands on healing and during my 'taster' I had some tears pop out, felt very calm and was overwhelmed with feelings that 'everything is going to be ok'.
My friend experienced - well, nothing!
What have you experienced? Got anything to say? Do you care? lol
